Man kan undra varför det existerar det säger aldrig till folket som stör. Det tar minst 20 minuter innan det kommer fram till dom som stör.

Fotfolket är för det mesta trevliga och har förståelse att man blir störd. I motsats till kontorspersonalen. Lyssnar knappt och "glömmer" bort antal störningar. Bollar över ärendet till en annan kollega. Musik kl 2 på morgonen är inte störning för att det inte är tillräckligt högt osv.

Bolagets huvuduppdrag framstår snarare mer som en rökridå. Misstänker att allmännyttan använder bolaget för att ge boende sken av att skapa trygghet och säkerhet. Många som ringer in lever i föreställningen att en störande granne kan bli vräkt kommer bli besvikna. Har själv sett och hört granne hota flertal andra grannar utan någon större åtgärd. På sin höjd får hen tillsägelse, men inte mer.

Störningsjouren är densamma överallt i landet. En total värdelös funktion. Har ingen dialog med dom som blir störda. Tar timmar på sig att ens köra ut och när dom väl är på plats skrivs ingen rapport. Dom bara går därifrån utan att göra något. Har man störande grannar i Sverige är den ända lösningen att flytta. Hyresvärd kommer aldrig nånsin att hjälpa er.

Väktare kommer inte fram förräns 2-4 timmar efter att man har ringt In och änmält att grannarna stör på en Hyresrätt. Flera gånger kan Inte dom komma alls trots akuta störningar klockan 5 på morgonen. Systemet gynnar den som stör över den som blir störd!

Oerhört otrevlig typ som inte respekterar hyresgästen överhuvudtaget. Min sambo mailade bostadsbolaget om incidenten med en hotfull granne. Bostadsbolaget skickade över ärendet till störningsjouren som kräver komma hem till mig och se den inspelade filmen som sambon gjorde. Mkt otrevlig och påträngande typ så man inte vågar släppa in. Han accepterar inte att sambo inte vill visa inspelningen på 35 min då det är polisen som ska utredda saken. Han frågar ut en massa trots att han inga rättigheter har till sina frågor. Han fattar inte att vi inte heller har några skyldigheter att föra någon diskussion med störningsjouren. Han lyssnar inte på en utan bara kräver en massa. Att bostadsbolaget befattar sig med störningsjouren är obegripligt.
