So upset with them that I have forgotten to take photo of the place. At check in time, there is no message informing us of the apartment access code for entry. Basically this is an apartment like Airbnb but run by a company. They have many units in those few blocks A, B, C and D.

There is NO person there helping you with the checking in. Already past the 4pm checking time there was still no check in code via SMS or email. We have to call the service hot line via our phone which basically will incur an international charge international call. Further more we were put into an answering machine initially , after which the person on the other end put us on hold while he took his own sweet time to check for details . The service staff initially still denied seeing our booking. After which he still asked us to wait for their message or email to get the code to access to the apartment. It took a whole 10 minuted plus. Come-on man, we took a 13 hrs flight to Copenhagen from Asia and another 1 hour domestic flight to Helsinki and we have to take another train from Helsinki to Espoo to suffer this ?

There is no shampoo and body shower soap provided . So you have to bring your own showering gels.

You are also expected to help clear the rubbish at the end of the stage which is weird when we saw a Thai guy clearing room for this company . On the checking in day, we seek his help to help us call with regards to our checking in difficulty we faced but he only gave us a useless manager number who refused to pick up our call which would as international call to him.

The room is generally very clean no doubt and there is a big fridge and cooking facility.

In general, we will definitely not go back there again .
太生气了，我都忘了拍房间照片了。入住的时候已经过了，任然没有收到任何公寓门禁密码的通知。这基本上就是个类似Airbnb的公寓，只不过是由公司运营的。他们在A、B、C、D几个街区有很多单元。

Siisteydessä parantamisen varaa. Esim. Eteisen kaappi, kahvinkeitin. Jääkaapissa hyllyllä oli kaatunutta olutta. Hajua.....Palovarotin ei ollut käytössä
