Rent och nystädat hela vistelsen. Dock var det svårt att finna Porvoo Hostel och vi fick fråga oss fram, vilket blev omvägar när lokalinvånarna själva inte kände till platsen ! En bifogad karta vid bokningen bör finnas med fortsättningsvis !

While slow traveling through southern Finland, I stayed 3 nights at the hostel, which was fine for me, but definitely seemed like an anomaly to people at the hostel.||The hostel is definitely dated and paper thin floors and walls. You can hear people snore in the room next to you very easily. The bathrooms are actually nicely equipped and you have good water pressure, which was a surprise.||Wifi throughout the hostel is iffy but I was close to the router and did get a signal. ||One thing to note: the hostel is open from 6am - 10am and 4pm - 11pm. There is no one on-site between those times and sometimes not even until 11pm. ||There is no luggage storage if you arrive early too. You will literally be sitting outside so be aware. In the morning, there is a lot of noise with the housekeeper trying to clean and remove things before the 10am time hits. Whether you’re in the room or not.||For check in time, the manager is very nice and speaks English well so that’s a nice welcome.||The hostel is definitely worth the cost savings, but if you don’t have a car, it’s not a great location. You’re 20 minute walk from old town (maybe more) and at least 15 minutes from the bus station. If weather isn’t great…that will not be fun.||Overall, I would recommend it and would consider staying again.

Kulttuuriympäristö. Todella rauhallinen ja siisti. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Ei huonojalkaisille, koska portaat. Keskustaan ei kulje julkiset, mutta kaupunkipyörät saa viereisestä uimahallista.

Aivan upea paikka! Emäntä otti ihanasti vastaan, lämminhenkinen ja rempseä henkilö. Huone ja muut tilat olivat todella siistit ja toimivat. Tullaan ehdottomasti uudelleen🫶🏻

Ihastuttava historiallinen rakennus. Siisti, raikas, lämminhenkinen ja kodikas. Yövyin kolme yötä ja kotiuduin tänne tosi hyvin. En ole koskaan viihtynyt missään majoitus paikassa niin hyvin kuin täällä. Tulen varmasti uudestaan. Ja lämmin kiitos välittömästä, aidosta ja hyväntuulisesta huolenpidosta hostellin henkilökunnalle. Nähdään taas!

Une maison rouge adossée à la colline... Un bien joli endroit: une vieille bâtisse tout en longueur et en bois au pied d'une petite colline près du centre de Porvoo; très calme, bien que dans la ville; accueil (à partir de 16h et jusqu'à 22h) gentil comme tout, avec plein de renseignements pour visiter la charmante cité et ses environs; chambre simple mais confortable (et équipée d'une télévision et d'un réfrigérateur), ensemble très propre et bien tenu, très bon rapport qualité-prix pour la destination très touristique qu'est Porvoo

Hyvä sijainti, ihana vanha talo, siisti mukava huone ja yleiset tilat, vastaanotto lämminhenkinen ja joustoa löytyi huoneen luovuttamisessa mitä erityisesti arvostin. Tänne tulen uudestaan jos on tarvetta ja suosittelen muillekin.
