The cabins have a glass roof so you can see the northern lights. We were lucky and saw the northern lights each of the 4 nights we were there and especially good ones on night 4. The hot tub was very nice and even though it was freezing cold outside you were so warm. The hot chocolate at the bar was amazing and the whipped cream was so good! The reindeer were adorable and transportation was a breeze because they have shuttles picking you up and dropping you off. The floors in the cabin were heated and the beds were great! One of them was motorized on each side so you can change levels on both sides. The restaurant food was very good and all together it was a delightful trip!

This is truly a wonderful place to stay. We had a superior cabin. Which was warm and cosy and had everything you could wish for. For storing your clothing was a little cramped, not much storage space, but we managed all the same. ||The staff were so friendly and very helpful and thank you to them for making our stay so nice. ||The breakfast and dinner at night was fantastic. Some of the best food we have ever tasted and so beautifully presented. ||All in all I would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

"An Unforgettable Stay at Northern Lights Ranch"

Our experience at Northern Lights Ranch was truly exceptional.

The breakfast was delightful, offering a good (no crazy but largely sufficient) variety to start the day, and the dinner was absolutely delicious – a definite highlight of our stay!

The rooms were spacious and well designed, providing a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The only minor drawback was the lighting system, which was a bit complicated to figure out.

Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax and immerse yourself in nature, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The gym was really a big plus if you want to start your day with some activities.

Unfortunately the view is fake. The view from the best room only has tree trunks, parking lot and other rooms. Yes, unfortunately it is true! You can see it in the photos we just took.

Today is my wife's birthday, we chose this hotel months ago to stay here today, after a trip of more than 12 hours.

We arrived and were faced with this disappointment.

We arrived more than an hour before check-in. We found the room, so we tried to resolve it with the receptionist, but she said there was nothing that could be done.
They offered us a dessert and a bottle of wine to make up for it.

Truly shameful.

Total regret.

We tried to find another hotel, but unfortunately there is no availability due to the high season at the location.

I hope that at least the stay will change our view of this hotel a little, since the manager was called to resolve the issue and did not even come to speak to us. Bad reception.

Unfortunate stay!

We have traveled to over 30 countries, stayed in many luxury destinations and have never had a disappointment like this.

Nos alojamos en el hotel una noche, nos encantó el entorno y la experiencia de dormir en medio de la naturaleza, todo muy romántico. No pudimos ver bien el cielo por el temporal de nieve, pero fué muy bonito de todas formas! Tema precio, se notaba que era principio de temporada alta, a nuestro gusto fue un poco excesivo por el servicio y horas que dispones de la cabaña por el check in - check out. Mejoraría el horario de entrada y salida para poder aprovechar mejor. La cena en el restaurante muy buena y contundente, nos gustó mucho!

Absolutely perfect! We stayed here for 5 nights and eloped in the forest just behind the ranch so it will always be a very special place for us.
The room was amazing, very modern and spacious and we had stunning views all day long, regardless of the short window of daylight. We also had a hot tub which was awesome.
Got to see the Northern Lights twice too which was super lucky.
And just a short drive to Levi if we were wanting extra stuff to do, cutest little snowy town.
All ranch staff were so friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was delicious and there were so many activities to do just on the ranch! We fed the reindeer and had marshmallows and hot choccy by the fire overlooking the heart shaped ice rink. Couldn’t have picked a more romantic spot! We were pinching ourselves the entire time in disbelief that such a magical place could even exist 🥹

The most amazing place to stay.
If you are looking for an unbelievable accommodation in a wilderness setting make sure you stay here. Much better than all the igloo style accomodation that is around. The rooms are stunning, the resort is beautiful and the food and service outstanding. What an experience to have a candlelight breakfast with Prosecco and reindeer at the window.
Thank you for an amazing trip and we wish we could have stayed longer.

O hotel é incrivel, o chalé éespetacular, a arquitetura e o design foi um dos mais bonitos que eu ja vi deixando o ceu quase todo exposto enquanto voce dorme e com uma visão provilegiada da parte externa com janelas bem amplas, o aquecimento do quarto era bom, o banheiro era um pouco pequeno o box porem a aguar esqueva bem quente e tudo era muito funcional, tudo estava impecavel, recomendo demais.

Eu nunca tinha visto um hotel com esse horario de check-in, 17:00 pm, e de check-out 11:00 am, não vejo justificava plausivel para esse horario sendo que o hospede paga um valor bem elevado pelos quartos, deveriam, disponibilizar mais pessoas para agilizar esse processo e ganhar tempo, é como se voce perdesse uma parte do dia na entrada e na saida, esse foi o ponto negativo
Apesar do hotel ser incrivel, e as acomodações serem impecaveis, eu achei o hotel caro.
Eles oferecem um transfer do aeroporto para o hotel por 93 euros, eu achei o valor bem elevado.
