This place is amazing for its price. The room is very clean and it has everything you can ask for. It’s spacey, has a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine and the hotel itself has so many shared areas that are clean and very functional. There is a washing machine, dryer, steamer, hanging room, ironing boards, the sauna is mixed and is super clean, the gym is relatively complete, there is a cool TV/movie, gaming and work area.

The staff are really nice, they let me drop my luggage before i checked in and they told me not to worry after I accidentally broke the vase. Thank you so much!! Everything was so clean, convenient and functional. Was worth the price.

It would be very helpful if you could make your parking more visible. For us it was impossible to find the parking and the entrance. We had to call your reception desk for help, which i must say the help of your receptionist (host) was excellent.
The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The idea of the common areas is great. The bistro (i don't know if it belongs to you) was good, although it is very strange to order there. Maybe a classic style waitress/waiter style would be more enjoyable for the guest.

スタッフの皆さんはとても気さくで優しく、すごく素敵な方ばかりでした。英語がうまく話せず、ご迷惑をおかけしてしまいましたが、それでも快く対応してくださって、本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。英語が話せたらもっと楽しくお話しできたのに、とても後悔しつつも、いい勉強にもなりました。
このホテルを拠点にして、フィンランドの色々な街を回ることができてとても楽しかったです。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。最高の旅行になりました♡

お部屋がとても北欧らしく可愛くて、調理器具も揃っています。
セルフチェックインの番号のお知らせがギリギリで少し焦りましたが、連絡するとちゃんとリプライがありました。
立地は駅のすぐ近くで駅からすでにホテルが見えて、便利です。
サウナの利用時間が22時と早めだったので、もうちょっと長く使えたらな、と思いました。

I am very interested to book but I will arrive Helsinki 6am in a Sunday morning. I worry if I can leave my luggage at Noli Malmi without staff support….. Appreciate if Noli can kindly advise please…

Esta bien la ubicación cerca del metro Malmi, la cocina es común, muy impersonal, no hay personal 24/7 y todo debe hacerse vía mensaje interno, y no hay respuesta rápida. No fue claro que cosas incluía la habitación, la lavadora nunca funcionó, sin secador de pelo en la habitación, no se dio aviso con tiempo de donde estaba y como acceder a él, los servicios que ofrece no fueron explicados previamente, 2 horas antes de salir recién avisaron que había secadora, sin desayuno, sin televisión, el aire acondicionado de la habitación tiraba aire frío, no se podía modificar. La cama era dura y no dieron la indicación clara para ingresar. La clave no funcionaba. Si no fuera porque dos personas ingresaron al hotel y nos dejaron pasar, nos quedábamos afuera en plena noche.

Bien ubicado solo que le pifiaron al número es 19B el lobby. en el 19 no hay nadie.
Otro error es que dicen con estacionamiento, pero no dicen pago. Estacionamiento pago tiene todo el planeta. Luego de comentarle me dice que a 100 metros se puede estacionar gratis. solo hay que caminar 40 metros entre unos edificios y llegas al auto. pero en ningún lado lo dicen

Pysäköintimahdollisuuden rajallisuuden Nolissa ja mahdollisuudet lähistöllä voisi kuvata paremmin. Autolla matkustaville tuottaa hieman hankaluutta kuljettaa tavaroita naapurikorttelin parkkihalliin jätettävästä autosta. Hallissa kameravalvonta mutta ei portteja. Toki pääoven eteen voi hetkeksi pysäköidä mutta kiertely parkkihalliin ja varsinkin ensimmäinen pysäköinti etsien reittiä yksisuuntaisilla kaduilla ei ole smoothia.
