These igloos are incredible! They are thoroughly insulated. The stars and northern lights were clear too see right through them. They are incredibly romantic. The staff left 2 small bottles of bubbly. The private sauna is bookable, we used it twice in two days. It was thoughtfully designed and built. It was a Beautiful experience.

Staff is great and kind. They took luggage to the room in a handcart. Heated floor and great view! Sadly, the dinner experience does need some work. Took too long for each plate, and the food was average for the wait. Improve the kitchen and it's 5star

Just visited for lunch on Christmas Day (didn't get a room). Was absolutely lovely. The staff member serving us was just the sweetest and I wish I got her name to thank her more personally. But honestly all the staff were fantastic and really made our Christmas special. The food was just delicious and there were vegetarian options available. We got all three courses.

One of the most incredible nights of my life. The reception staff was nice and friendly, and the room was a decent size. There aren't lots of options in the restaurant but that was not a problem for us, we just drove to Levi center and had dinner there instead. I turned on the aurora alerts and we were blessed with a wonderful night. Clear skies and nonstop auroras. My biggest complaint (but wasn't really enough to rip off my experience) is that other hotel guests can just leave their lights on even though they are out on a tour or something. The hotel said they couldn't do anything about it, which I understand but kind of sucked as their kitchen light was directed straight at us. Anyway, as you can see from our pictures it was all still beautiful and amazing. Also lovely to see the lights from the inside, nice and warm, and not outside freezing chasing auroras!

The igloos are kind of close to each other, with clear visibility, if privacy is a big thing for you please keep that in mind!

What is provided is not at the level of what is invoiced. You could provide a few snacks and drinks at the arrival. Igloos are fine, but the external lighting should be lite limited: lights along the walking path, on the igloos nearby, of the cars... Restaurant is deceiving (wines not so great, no appropriate food for the kids). Breakfast is good. I had an allergy to the bed sheets, my legs are red and itching now.

The Suite Igloos are truly something special. The views are stunning, and the whirlpool with a view is a perfect touch of luxury. Plus, you can't beat having premium appliances and complimentary drinks like champagne, soft drinks, water, and wine.

But, it wasn't all smooth sailing. The 3-course dinner, with its trout and reindeer, missed the mark. Then there was breakfast...it felt really underwhelming. For less the price, we'd had much more diversity at other hotels in Finland. It didn't help that we had to eat among the dirty dishes left by previous guests, and there was always something missing – plates, glasses, hot water, food, you name it. I don't want to know how it would be in full season. The 15-minute wait for coffees was the final straw. It seemed like they were really understaffed, and it showed.

I stayed here for one night, which cost around $12,000 per night, and it absolutely wasn't worth the price. The room was average, but the staff's service attitude was poor, and they discriminated against Asian guests. It's very disappointing to see this happening in today's diverse society. There was a clear difference in treatment between Asian and European guests.

Despite the expensive hotel rates, there was practically no hotel service to speak of. They wouldn't help with luggage and ridiculously told us not to touch their things.

If you want to pay money to feel uncomfortable, this is the place to go!
