Absolutely brilliant hotel. We had one of the junior suites, and it was incredible. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room and the ski dryer (same size as a fridge!) was an added bonus. We were able to return from -25 skiing and dry all of our things in no time. This made skiing in such low temperatures bearable. Everything is in walking distance, including ski rentals, shops and apres ski. We booked through Ingham's and did the extra excursions. Would definitely recommend the dog sledding, reindeer visits with sleigh ride and the snowmobiles in the evening to see the Northern lights (we were lucky to see them twice!). Even if you're taking your own warm clothing, one tip would be to head over to the snowmobile safari place and hire a snowsuit, as it keeps you so much warmer. The food etc in the hotel was as you'd expect, no frills but tasty and plentiful. The pizza restaurant had some pretty good pizza!

After reading bad reviews I was unsure about our trip but honestly don’t be worried. We stayed in a standard twin room, we had a large shower room, kitchenette with fridge, double bed and a separate room with bunk beds and a wardrobe for the kids (age 12 & 9). Room is spacious. Yes it’s across the car park from the main hotel but that’s no problem. The white big box in the bathroom, is a dryer, only found out near the end of the week. No need for hair dryers, they have them and a kettle with mugs and glasses. Don’t need towels, as they give you a large towel and smaller towel each. These towels you also use to go to the swimming pool. Take drinking water bottles, the water is the best water in the world and so pure. Water is everywhere to drink and taps are fine to drink from. |Breakfast was a normal buffet, waffle machines, these were a hit, fresh bread, cooked breakfast, scrambled eggs were starchy but fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal, continental, lots of choice. |Evening meal is buffet, again lots of choice, salad bar, cold meats, pickles, soup, fresh bread, always a hot meal, fish, meat, vegetarian, fries. Every night was enjoyable and we never went else where. But if we did want to, the pizza bar looked good and we would have ordered a pizza. |Skis can be kept in the foyer of your cabin lodge. |Swimming pool/spa, is lovely. So many areas. Highly recommend, don’t be put off by reviews, it’s in the heart of Levi, only 15mins from Kittilä, opposite to the lake and a supermarket a short walk.

Booked a 7 night trip through Inghams staying half board, 31st Dec - 7th Jan. Stayed as a family of 4 in a standard family room.|Requested ground floor room, close to reception prior to arrival which we were allocated - block 9. 30 second walk to main building.|Standard family room - great drying cabinet, clothes storage areas, kitchen area with sink & good size fridge. Separate kids bunk bed room divided with sliding door. Very practical, although a little plain looking. Excellent room cleaning & changing of towels - very accommodating if we were in room, came back later. |Food - breakfast (7-10am) was perfect, hot buffet, bread station, waffle station, pastries/cakes, vast continental with meats & cheeses plus cereals & porridge. Dinner (5-8pm) again amazing for first 5 nights and then reduced significantly in selection (assume as hotel got quieter after new year), still filling just not inspiring! My kids said the fries were better than McDonalds!!|Pools- cooler than would have liked so only visited twice, one pool heated to bath temp if you head up the steps. |Kids play area (under pool area) - amazing, kids loved it! Perfect for kids ages 18 months to 16 years. Giant foam pit, ball pit, climbing frame, gaming zones, table tennis, football area and mini play areas with toys. |Pool & kids play area included in our stay.|Staff - all so friendly & helpful. Arrived 3.5 hours before official check in at 4pm and our room was ready.|Location - perfect for skiing at Zero Point, literally a 5 min walk. Also minutes from shops/restaurants and supermarket in Levi. |Would happily stay again?

Location of the hotel is excellent for getting to restaurants and shops easily (5 min walk). however most of the rooms are based outside the main hotel, so you have to get kitted up in your snow gear to have breakfast every morning which was not ideal. The classic pizza restaurant on-site was lovely however the Ahko restaurant where we had our half board meals wasn’t very relaxing. It was quite packed and the food wasn’t the best. However it is the most affordable option as food and drink prices are very steep in Lapland.

Fantastic hotel - we had an underground link to the spa water world full of hot tubs pools and slides and the Family fun underground playground complete with Wii and Sega, softplay and dodgeball foozball and table tennis total genius to tire out the kids. Burger king in the same complex for the fussy eaters|ski slopes are close by which helped the carrying multiple skis etc ||walk to main hotel was a little chilly but all part of the adventure - good in the buffet restaurant was good enough to eat in all week. Breakfast complete with fresh waffles.||Bar was lovely we spent lots of time playing Uno with a bottle. ||Our room was a small suite with a Sauna, drying cupboard and plenty of room we loved it. great view onto water world and the front slopes. ||would definitely come again very pleased.

We chose this hotel because it looked amazing and had a spa on line. Externally it delivers however, internally it is in need of an up grade. The bathroom was a wet room fully equipped for all disabilities. The staff are amazing in the hotel and there is a great shop where you can recycle your ski stuff. The a la carte restaurant only had one option for vegetarians, when we arrived this had ran out, and they were unwilling to accommodate, our waiter did try, which was disappointing as the menu had option for a dish to be created. It is also cold and tired.

We use the spa only, and after reading a few reviews, we were actually pleasantly surprised. What a great day we had! There is something for everyone and very relaxing and fun. Don’t be put off by some of the other reviews about water temperatures. Obviously the outdoor pool is a bit colder due to it being outside at -15° and then being outside then inside then in a hot pool then in a cold pool you’re going to feel those differences. Saunas and steam rooms were awesome.
Worth the money and wasn’t expensive for us a couple. I guess if your a large family it might be pricey but still worth the money. 🙂 Go enjoy yourselves

You find out how good a hotel really is when things go wrong. We were having a fabulous ski holiday when my husband slipped and broke his hip. The hotel staff were amazing. The reception team arranged for us to change to a disabled room ready for him coming out of hospital. The manager , Mait Abrams, arranged for a wheel chair from a local clinic, even driving there himself to pick it up. When my husband got back to the resort one of the staff even helped me to get him into the room and got a meal for him. |They were fabulous and we both owe them a debt of gratitude. |It's a lovely hotel, it was our second visit there as we enjoyed it so much last year .
