Where do I begin? The NH Collection Hotel, Helsinki, is one of the nicest and most luxurious hotels I’ve ever stayed at (and I’m a flight attendant, so I’ve stayed at MANY). The staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always smiling, ready to assist you & genuinely friendly and welcoming at every point of your stay. A big shout out to Maricor at the breakfast buffet for being so accommodating & working hard to make everyone’s experience the best it can be. She went above and beyond to make my experience special - always greeting me warmly by name in the morning once I arrived & offering me additional items off the menu that I didn’t even know existed! If the manager is reading this, please acknowledge her and the rest of the staff working at the restaurant and hotel overall. Apart from the staff, what made my stay sensational was the facilities including the sauna and gym. The gym is absolutely huge, and has all the equipment you could ever hope for. The bars and restaurants in the hotel also deserve a mention, they are so classy and sophisticated, as well as being extremely cozy. The bedroom is also beautiful - big comfortable beds (had the best sleep of my life!) and beautiful interior. Lastly, the location is excellent. I felt like royalty staying at this hotel, and will be recommending it to all my friends & friends. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. I’ll be back!

We stayed in the Premium Room XL, which was both stylish and incredibly cozy. The attention to detail in the design and amenities made our stay truly enjoyable.|In the evening, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was simply outstanding, a perfect blend of exquisite flavors and creative presentation. After dinner, we concluded our evening at the Kupoli Cocktail Bar, located high up in the tower of the hotel. The atmosphere was unique, the cocktails were crafted to perfection, and each one had a delightful Finnish twist, a big compliment to the bar team! I highly recommend reserving a table in advance, as it is one of the most popular spots in Helsinki. Without a doubt, it is the place to be for anyone looking to start their evening in an elegant and sophisticated setting.|The next morning, we took advantage of the gym and the hotel’s spa, both were flawless. The fitness center, like the rest of the hotel, was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. The spa offered a wonderful opportunity to relax and added a perfect touch to our stay.|The breakfast was another highlight. We especially loved that it is served until 1:00 PM on weekends, perfect for late risers and those who enjoy a leisurely start to their day. The selection was first-class and left nothing to be desired.|A special thank you goes to the entire hotel staff, who made our stay truly unforgettable. Their professionalism and visible passion for hospitality were evident in every interaction. It was clear that the team goes above and beyond to ensure each guest has a perfect and memorable experience.|In summary, this hotel is highly recommended. It offers luxury and comfort at the highest level without being overly ostentatious. I would describe it as a cozy luxury hotel that excels in service, design, and quality.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel perfectly blends luxury, hospitality, coziness, and relaxation. ||Our room (a superior suite) was on the 4th floor with a view of the city lights and the central road; despite its central location, the room was well soundproofed that not a single noise disturbed us. It was clean, spacious and equipped with all the amenities one could need (e.g., hairdryer, hand soap, hand lotion, iron, espresso machine, kettle, mini bar, etc). The huge screen in the room was incredible creating a home cinema experience; it could also connected to personal smart devices allowing me to log in to my Amazon Prime account and enjoy Christmas movies. ||The hotel also offers a sauna, steam bath, showers, gym, and wellness area - all clean and inviting . Towels, slippers, water, and hygiene amenities are all offered by the hotel not only for products were provided, not only for the wellness area, but also for the 24/7.||Breakfast is a 10/10 experience.|On Fridays and Saturdays breakfast and brunch were available until 1:00 PM|The hotel also features a restaurant, café, and a bar, all of which are excellent. ||The staff deserves personal recognition for their warmhearted smiles, polite, and professionalism. They are incredibly helpful and always willing to answer questions or assist guests making you feel truly welcome.||A thoughtful touch: umbrellas are provided for guests on rainy days.||All in all, this hotel offers a true 5-star experience delivering exactly what its rating promises - I’ll definitely choose it again the next time I visit Helsinki.

This hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were exceptionally quiet and spotless, offering a truly comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel well cared for. Overall, a flawless experience—highly recommend it! 10/10.

I absolutely love this hotel! The exterior is stunning. From the moment I checked in, I knew I would have an amazing stay. The staff are friendly and gracious. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. It is in a great location in Helsinki. I could walk anywhere downtown and it was pretty close to the Christmas market in Senate Square. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Helsinki. I stayed here for the Slush event, and this hotel was booked for me by my company. It's modern, clean, cosy, and in a fantastic location. The spa is incredible - one of the best spas I've experienced in the Nordics. The staff are so kind and friendly, and go out of their way to help you. ||||There are not many negatives to say about this lovely hotel. The only little thing to mention is that if your room is near the elevator, it can get noisy. Also, if I had self-booked instead of going through my company, I would have paid for a city view. The room has a wonderful wide window, but it looked onto a courtyard. ||||I would love to come back to Helsinki with my husband, and I will of course ensure we stay here!

The lobby area and lower ground area are beautiful. The service was great and the room was nice and clean. The team were responsive and quick with our requests. The breakfast was really delicious however I would say it is slightly priced at the higher end. The highlight of our stay was our experience with Zouhair! He was incredibly patient, attentive and eased our worries and resolved our issues. Our hotel experience wouldn’t have been what it was without him so many heartfelt thanks to him.
