Very nice and helpful hotel staff. Lack of reservation does not complicate accommodation, everything goes quickly and in a great atmosphere. The rooms are clean, well-kept and equipped with TV and Internet access. Internet data transfers are very fast, which is not yet standard in many other hotels. The breakfasts are excellent, everyone will find something to suit their taste.
The only thing that would need improvement is the cleanliness of the canteen. The way the dining room is heated requires a lot of air circulation, which is visible due to the thick layer of dust on the lamps and the ceiling. A team of 2-3 people could easily clean it up in one night.
A place definitely worth recommending!

We reached hotel around 1pm by bus. Checked in was fast then we went to our room directly. ||Our room was in a new building and it’s warm. Room was in good size and we could put our big luggage in the luggage rack. Toilet floor was warm. The hotel provided all toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers,etc).||Hotel location is ok. It’s in a quiet area and hardly any people walked on the street. We reached hotel by bus (its easy walk from Kiruna Bus station to Hotel which was around 10-15mins depending our speed). ||There are 2 airport bus stops. We walked to police stop (around 5-7 mins slow walk) as the walk was downhill and easier for us. ||We had our lunch and dinner at Thai restaurant. We didn’t try the famous street food as it was closed. Breakfast in hotel was so so. There is a ICA minimart nearby.||It took time for us to decide staying in Arden hotel as location is not close to new town centre. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectation. We love the warm room.?.

We had a lovely new room which we thoroughly enjoyed. It had an amazing bathroom and easy chairs to relax in if you've had a busy day. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which had lots of choice and the chance to take a coffee with you as you go. We enjoyed a drink in the bar and ate in the restaurant on two nights which was fine. The staff were usually very helpful but often needed help with finding bus times etc. The cleaning staff do an amazing job too. My only criticism was I found it very difficult walking up the slope to the bar several times a day when it felt so slippery on the ice.

Overnight stay before a tour. We were put in the new block which whilst a little industrial was quiet and comfortable - in February its slippy up to the main building so do wear appropriate footwear. Decent shower and good wifi. Breakfast very good but room a little small - so the hotel stagger times which is a good idea. Its in the old town near the church and stone circle.

Vi stannade här en natt under en 50-årsfest på orten varpå vi kom till rummet ganska sent och var rejält trötta. Det blev en övergripande positiv hotellvistelse med trevlig personal i receptionen.

Den sista stjärnan saknas i och med att det var rejält varmt på rummet vilket inte var uppenbart kontrollerbart, detta ledde till att vi sov lite oroligt. Det blev inte att jag informerade personalen då vi som sagt kom sent och när vi sedan skulle checka ut var det mer eller mindre glömt inför vår avfärd söderut.

Frukostmiljön var lugn och utbudet helt OK. Jag saknade viss variation bland skinkor, korvar och annat pålägg till bröd.

Som sagt - En övergripande positiv upplevelse! Mycket prisvärt i förhållande till flera andra alternativ i stan! Läget i förhållande till 50-årsfest var strålande - Och är du i stan för att ha nära till skidåkning, skoterleder och annat så ligger det bra likaså.

Kiruna gamla centrum ligger nära, vilket är en resa genom tiden att vandra igenom!

Fantastic hotel. Huge gym (even though its old, good collection of machines and weights). Good breakfast spread. Two restaurants within the hotel complex. Near to groceries mart. The rooms were renovated. Best water pressure i have ever seen in Europe.

Stayed here for a night after 2 nights in Abisko before proceeding to Stockholm.||A very comfortable hotel with 70 rooms and another 30 or so nearing completion. Would rate the property more than 3 stars. Breakfast was large and varied and of a good quality. Rooms were decent sized with modern bathrooms. A pool and sauna is also available.||Visited the ice hotel and would recommended staying in town to get a flavour of the city. Interesting pubs and food scene.

Efter morgonpromenaden var det skönt att komma in i värmen, slå sig ner i den mysiga restaurangen och avnjuta en god frukost. Smakerna av den rökta laxen, ägghalvorna och den heta ingefärsshoten sitter kvar som en varm kram i magen. Musiken i bakgrunden och den dämpade belysningen, skapade en lugn atmosfär. Detta var en upplevelse utöver det vanliga. Tack Eden!
