Dåligt antal parkeringsplatser, vi var tvugna att parkera längre bort. Smutsfläckar på väggarna och vad som liknar näsblod och snor vid sängen. Receptionisterna sitter med telefonen och släpper inte den när dom pratar med en.

We have been utterly dissatified with our stay. At first, everything seemed okay, but there was no shower curtain, we asked for one. We did not get it, so we were willing to change room as they could not find one to put there. The room we got was very dirty, behind bed there was a lot of dust, used chewing tobacco, food, nails and we dont know what else, whatsmore it was very cold. Once we told about this situation to receptionist she was shocked and gave us 3. Room. The last one was the best one from these three but still had stabbed doors, candy bar and dust behind bed, broken power outlet, dirty walls), but we were already disgusted by what we saw. We wanted to leave the place that evening, but the manager didnt answear anybody from crew, cause as they said she doesnt work on weekend and there is nothing they can do. As I approached the receptionist for the 3. Time she told me to try to resolve it with airbnb. We do not reccomend this place at all.

The rooms are clean and have adequate space. There is no daily room service because the service model is more like apartment rent. The location is very far from the city center but public transportation is available fairly.

Bra rum, blev dock med all sannolikhet snodd på min sprillans nya parfym som blev kvar när vi skulle byta rum så de är oerhört tråkigt då de va en julklapp och rätt dyr prislapp så lämna inga behörigheter.

Snyggt på utsidan men slitet och söndriga möbler. Saknades bäddmadrass i några sängar och lakanen passade inte. Fick bädda själv och rummet var inte städat. Sen fick vi en bäddmadrass med massa blod och kissfläckar.

Was fine to arrive. Cuttlery could be more and there was only one large plate and not enough blankets for all of is. The staff remedied it however. On the second day the toilet clogged up, they luckily had a spare room after not being able to have it fixed. Overall good for the price and location is good. The staff is friendly and rooms are adequate. Parking was OK the first day but now the lot was very full and it might be a problem for others.

Our experience of this accommodation in Stockholm was extremely disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the sheets were dirty and many items showed signs of neglect, such as door handles coming off. This was not at all up to our expectations for accommodation of this calibre.

In addition, we had been told that a cleaning team would come regularly, but we had to ask for this service three times, with no-one turning up, despite planning to do so. This greatly affected our comfort during our stay.

Worse still, we were woken in the middle of the night by a fire alarm, a frightening experience in itself. However, instead of receiving an apology and support from the hotel staff, we were shocked to find that they were laughing about it. The rude behaviour of the staff added to our general dissatisfaction.

Overall, our stay at this Airbnb accommodation was very disappointing and stressful. We had hoped to have a good experience in Stockholm, but were faced with hygiene issues, maintenance issues, and a lack of professionalism, including rude behaviour from the staff. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this accommodation to other travellers.
