Cozy rooms. Really quite small and the smallest bathroom I have experienced that is not on a boat. Clean and inviting. Well located next to the train station. ||Reasonably priced and uber quiet in the guest rooms. The small lobby restaurant is charming and popular. ||While the hotel has a lot to recommend it, the size of the guest rooms and bathroom make this property a tough sell. Were it located smack in the middle of an intense urban area, I could understand and accept the diminutive features. Where it is located, I would choose more square footage for a better overall experience. YMMV.

Traveling over the course of three weeks from Taipei, Copenhagen, Malmö, Amsterdam, to Stockholm and this was by far the worst hotel my family and I stayed at. In short, the rooms are tiny, service is subpar, and location is just so-so. I reserved two rooms and they both had similar experiences.||The rooms, even the corner ones are quite small which I should have expected from the AC Hotel brand but since it’s on the outskirts of central Stockholm, I expected a little bit bigger. The beds are not comfortable which made sleeping difficult. There is a thermostat in the room which makes you think that you can individually control the room temperature but that is not the case. There was never any air conditioning pumped into the room the entire stay so we had to request for a fan because the windows don’t actually open. The bathroom is also a small space so two people getting ready is not possible.||Service and hospitality really needs some work. The employees do not recognize any Bonvoy status. When requesting for a late check-out, it was mentioned that it was not possible. Nearly every day, our key card would deactivate and so we had to go to the reception desk to get them reactivated and there was no apology about their messed up system. When asked for more facial tissue, the person who answered the phone had no idea what it was and even said they didn’t have any until we described the item. We also had to go down to pick up the facial tissue instead of it being delivered to our room. The worst offense was asking for a shower seat or a handicapped room which was very difficult for them to understand. It took a bunch of back and forth but ended up going upstairs without a shower seat or a handicapped accessibile room. It took them about an hour until they came up and provided a shower seat.||Location is really the only advantage here because it is directly adjacent to the commuter rail station so it is very easy to get anywhere in Stockholm. However this is also a drawback because rooms facing the train tracks are quite loud when the trains come through. There limited restaurants in the area and your options close well before 9pm.||As for breakfast, it was just OK. The options are pretty standard and they do not rotate. The bread options were fine but not as good as what I’ve had at Hyatt hotel breakfast.||This hotel has a fitness center and a spa (spa access is a separate fee but you receive 1hr included for Bonvoy gold status or higher). We unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to try these amenities.

Giving two stars only because of the staff and service. Otherwise the location and rooms are very nice. The hospitality at this hotel is very much zero mainly at the reception desk and absolutely not worth it to be named as Marriott. I have been to various Marriott chains and have never experienced such poor service from the reception desk.The housekeeping team is doing a good job when requested about something in the room like towels. However the reception desk, especially the lady there was very lethargic as we were made to wait at the reception even though our rooms were ready. We weren't given water bottles either at reception nor at the rooms. I understand people come over a bit early and early check in aren't always feasible but the reception desk should be accommodating once the room is ready to provide the guests with their respective rooms and not just wait lazily until the clients come and approach again and again. They couldn't even arrange a birthday cake which even a small restaurant or cafe could do. The breakfast wasn't fancy as well. They had crepes which were already cooked and kept. No waffles, no pancakes, no freshly cooked omelette despite a big kitchen. However the rooms are clean as the hotel is brand new and the station is very close as well. Nothing much around the area to explore except for the pizza place which is a must try.

This hotel was great. Perfectly located right next to Ulriksdal train station. It’s 2 stops (10 mins) to Stockholm Central and 7 stops from Arlanda Airport (30 mins approx…you need to look for ‘commuter trains’ rather than the ‘Arlanda Express’). As others have said, there’s not much near the hotel, but you can walk (20/25 mins) or train (one stop to Solna) to Mall of Scandinavia where there are heaps of shops and eateries, many open until 10pm. The hotel was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The spa was great too. Also booked a massage which was one of the best I’ve ever had! Breakfast offered a selection of everything, and I ate dinner once in the restaurant which was a delicious fish stew…compliments to the chef! The hotel staff are also friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

Really enjoyed our stay. All staff were pleasant and the hotel was elegant and clean. ||The room was very nice. Breakfast was varied and there were vegan options for us.||The only niggle was the cost of using the pool was excessive so we only went once which was a shame. I understand if it's not included in the cost of the stay but it shouldn't be so steep. ||Location by the train was so useful and cheap travel.

Great hotel, polite and helpful staff and very quiet. I’ve had a wonderful time at this hotel, and it was atmospheric, modern and very clean. The breakfast is varied and delightful, the lounge is spacious and calming and everyone there was willing to help us with information and accommodation. The rooms are very well equipped and stylish, and there was a train station (Ulriksdal) just outside the hotel. It is situated in a suburbain area, but public transportation is accessible and well organized.

I had initially a massage session with Emmanouil. It was perfect, he asked me questions to see what kind of massage we will do and to solve all my body problems. it was very relaxing and made me forget everything I was thinking about in my everyday life! Afterwards, I enjoyed the jacuzzi, the swimming pool and the saunas. Everything was excellent and I felt much better as a person than before. The facilities were really beautiful
