Nous avons passé une nuit dans un igloo de verre, l’expérience est magique 😍
L’igloo est très propre, les saunas / piscines / … sont très propres aussi et fidèles aux photos.
L’emplacement est parfait, c’est très silencieux et nous avons vu des aurores boréales depuis l’igloo.
Le personnel est à l’écoute et bienveillant, peut-être un peu en dessous des standards classiques 5⭐️ (ex : porter les valises à la chambre)
Petit bémol : les toilettes dans l’igloo sont vraiment minuscules

The hotel is on a beautiful property about 40 min from the city. However, they charge prices of 50€-70€ a person for trips anywhere off of the resort. The rooms are nice, we stayed in the treehouse, but we were shocked that we had to lug our own luggage to our room. Needless to say, for paying approximately 1500€ a night, this hotel was highly disappointing. They did not clean the room after our first night and did not restock the coffee. We then went to reception and asked for coffee, and were charged. The restaurant’s also charge 1€/person for tap water at meals. Lunch is good, but the same each day. Dinner was nothing special. For being so remote, you would think they would have better and more options for the guests. Also, two times when we went to our room we could not get in. One time the key was missing from the lock box, and another the key would not work. For being 1500€ a night, they also charge 49€ a person to use the sauna more than 1x. It appears they are nickle and dime everyone, which does not make this hotel feel “luxury.”

All glass house around, the light is turning on all the time even no one lives in , you never can see northern light

The one thing I can compliment is a male staff who looks like Harry Potter , he is very helpful.
And another driver is good too

But others need to be under training again

This was a wonderful resort & we really did have an amazing experience, particularly as it snowed Christmas morning. Overall the room was lovely if a little small, and the staff very friendly. The spa was amazing - we absolutely loved it but keep in mind children need to be 14 & over to use it ( which we understand). The food was overall very good but expensive - the €200 Euro per person Christmas feast was not good value - we did not receive what was advertised either. Great location as out of Rovaniemi but not hard to get there by taxi. Appreciated the airport transfers. Unfortunately we missed the Northern lights - some kind of alert system would be helpful - we were led to believe they would be easy to see here ( they weren’t).|But overall a great resort & would definitely recommend.

Great spa resort with excellent facilities, including 2 hours of spa access during your stay. The location is remote and in the forest which is charming. We stayed there for Christmas Eve as a group of three adults. However, the deluxe room was quite small, only suitable for two adults with light luggages at 1078 euros/night. The food was overpriced for the portion sizes and quality both at wildwood and aurora restaurants. Fortunately, we could take the à la carte menu instead of the 200-euro Christmas menu. While the food was good, it didn’t justify the cost. Additionally, we were charged for tap water at the Wildwood restaurant, which was odd. Hope they will be more organized and provide better food for the price.

We stayed 2 nights in Aito and the experience incredible, you can easilly spend a couple of days simply enjoying the hotel. The bed in the treehouse was amazing, and the ice bath experience in the lake after sauna is going to be unforgettable. For me, one of the best stays I've had in my life.

We booked the spa as a little present for our last day in Lapland and it was absolutely stunning We were the only people around for the 2h we booked and had the whole place to ourselves. The outdoor jacuzzi by the lake was great and the views from the relaxation lounge were magical! We got to use the sauna and then jump in the lake too! Great value for money!

Le cadre est exceptionnel, le sauna est très beau aussi mais quand on paye la chambre presque 1000euros on s'attend à un service de luxe. Personne nous a emmené nos valises jusqu'à la cabane avec un enfant en bas âge ... Le room service est facturé 20euros pour avoir une soupe aux champignons dans un truc en aluminium... La chambre manque de rangement, et nous avions même pas de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain, et aucun endroit pour mettre ses affaires ... Désolé mais le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas.
