Tråkigt rum som påminde oss om ett ungdomsläger... Hår i silen på badrummet och slitna möbler. Okej men smaklös frukost, plus för personalen och deras språkkunskaper! Även många olika restauranger finns till förfogande i närheten. Säkert bra för skidsemester.

Stort hotell som verkar vara en mysig mötesplats, receptionen och restaurangen är i en byggnad medan hotellrummen är placerade i andra byggnader i närheten.||Det är gångavstånd mellan byggnaderna och det finns bra med parkeringsplatser nära dom.||||Personerna i receptionen var trevliga, maten i restaurangen var bra och det fanns mycket att välja på vid frukosten.||||Rummet var fint och ganska stort med egen balkong och bastu.

We had a two person room at a outbuilding which was quite small for everything you need, like snow clothing and more. We had four brackets in the whole room, no closet. It should have been more convenient if there were more or something like a closet. On the other hand the room was very clean and we couldn’t find any dirty spot in the bathroom. The only spot we found was on the sofa.
The bed was really comfortable. We had a heater in our room which is really necesarry to use, because it’s quite cold here. The location of the room is also nice. It is in the centre of Saariselkä and all the shops and activities are nearby. Everything in the village can be reach by foot with good snow boots/shoes.

This hotel adjacent to a charming forest, near cross country sking trails. It offers various room type and apartments - from family budget apartments to luxury rooms. Deluxe and superior rooms and family apartments come with its own sauna, mini bars. kettle, electric dryer and private bathrooms. It's also a good place to catch the northern lights when the skies are clear. They also offer breakfast and dinner at the main building restaurants. Breakfast and lights meals are also available at the restaurant at the adjacent buildings.

This hotel has very large and comfortable rooms. Even included a sauna in the room. The lounge area was very roomy and comfortable. The on downside was that the shower was over the bath. Breakfast was served in an adjoining building and was a let down, the food was often cold and not much variety.

our room sauna didn’t work for some reason :/ that aside the room was nicely done and i enjoyed the space we got. the shower however was in an elevated bathtub space which is an issue if you have short legs like mine. that aside i think the big white appliance not dissimilar to a fridge near the entrance is a clothes dryer which we didn’t use but it could be useful for you.

the restaurant with included breakfast and dinner buffets is a fairly long (and slippery if in winter) walk away but it’s also nothing to write home about.

Typical ski resort hotel,the rooms were a little tired, but they did have personal saunas (if you could work out how to turn them on... The controls are somewhat hidden and not obvious). Breakfast was OK, but it was better to go to the sister hotel next door for a wider selection and longer hours.

I am a disabled women with 2 children i come with my sister and Mum. We booked through TUI and we have had such a terrible experience. No accessibility measure taken to accommodate my needs ramps a danger to use I will evidence this with pictures the sauna and balcony no accessible withing the room so that was yet another rip off of for the rate of the room. The room I was expecting it to be nicer more modern and the beds very uncomfortable thin pillows thin blankets freezing cold late night early hours the rooms are warm through the day and morning but come 10pm onwards freezing the gas central heating turns off like they have them on timers not being funny -27c and your putting heating on timers ridiculous really with small children and people who are not used to the extreme cold. Unfriendly not accommodating I don't bo what there views are on wheelchair users but I feel very un welcome. To also add I had to ask for house keeping and also my family who are in 2 separate rooms never have had there tea and coffee replenished. I would strongly advise to stay away from this hotel of booking with anyone who has mobility challenges.|Alos very noisy motorbikes throughout the hourly hours.
