We stayed for only one night in a premium igloo with jacuzzi. It was very expensive but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! To begin with, the front desk was extremely helpful and we were able to check-in a few hours early and check-out an hour late. These gave us sufficient time to really enjoy our hot jacuzzi in freezing weather on both the check-in and check-out days! The igloo itself was larger than we had expected. It was clean and well-decorated. The bed was comfy and the view from the igloo was great! Service at the restaurant was good. Main course for dinner was included. Breakfast spread was adequate and variety was good. ||To top off a great stay, we managed to catch the northern lights from our igloo! Overall, our one night stay at Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle was certainly a highlight of our 8D7N days tour of Finland & Tallinn!

住宿的服務體驗讓人失望，特別是在雪地裡還得自己拖著行李到聖誕老人村巴士站，確實很不方便。如果住宿能提供一些基本的服務，比如協助叫車或送行李到巴士站，即使是付費的，也能讓旅客感受到更多的關心和便利。這樣的缺失，確實會讓整體印象大打折扣。

Igloos were well maintained , nice to watch the stars, snow and northern lights (if you’re lucky ) ||Staff were very kind and helpful . It snowed heavily overnight when we stayed and there was window frost , we were struggling to remove the frost and a staff member passing by helped us by spraying a de-ice liquid which helped a lot . Thanks to the staff member we purchased the window de-icer from a near by Shell Gas station and it saved me a lot of time in the entire trip to deice the window frost every day !! ||We were there during late December 2024, they offered us a free main course at the restaurant which was a nice touch . We appreciated it after a long 20 hour flight ! ||This was our first igloo stay and it was worth it 🙂

You can actually see northern light from your bed! Good place very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food is fantastic for dinner. Breakfast would need some improvement but generally good. Rooms are good but separate beds not very comfortable.

Location is not the best but do still give it a go. The Igloos are exotic with a sleek aesthetic. We spend Christmas eve and christmas over here and were able to try their Christmas dinner meals and were able to try new dishes we had never tried in our lives such as reindeer and elk meat. We also caught the northern lights here, in our comfortable Igloo.

Bello, camere spaziose, ogni igloo è munito di anti sbrinamento per vedere le stelle ed eventualmente l’aurora boreale, la sauna è una bellissima chicca. Il ristorante serve piatti eccellenti e la colazione è variegata. Unico neo, rapporto qualità prezzo.
