Magnifique séjour! La chambre est super, tout est neuf et moderne, la literie est parfaite et la vue est incroyable. L'hôtel est assez isolé donc génial pour profiter des balades dans la nature et être au calme.
Pour manger et pour aller au sauna il faut juste sortir un peu pour aller jusqu'au bâtiment en face mais ça ne m'a pas gênée. La nourriture est très bien, ainsi que le service et le personnel. La réception peut vous aider pour réserver les différentes activités à faire autour.
En résumé j'ai vraiment adoré mon séjour et j'y reviendrai probablement!!

La stanza era molto bella, peccato che in una settimana solo il primo giorno sono passati a "pulirla" (hanno solo cambiato le tazze e i bicchieri sporchi), gli altri giorni abbiamo dovuto lavarci noi le cose se volevamo riusarle. Abbiamo lasciato la stanza con i cestini che straripavano e mezzo rotolo di carta igienica proprio perché il servizio in camera non sanno cosa sia. Il cibo è pessimo, solo la colazione è molto varia e ognuno può scegliere ciò che preferisce. Parte dello staff è molto gentile mentre altri non dovrebbero proprio lavorare in questo settore... c'è un solo cestino fuori dall'hotel e in una settimana ho visto essere svuotato una sola volta. Passano 3 pullman al giorno e tutti al mattino, la sera sei costretto a mangiare in hotel dove c'è solo il buffet con pochissima varietà ed un costo di 40€ a persona senza bevande se non acqua e servono pure cibo di pessima qualità. L'ultimo pullman che può riportarti indietro passa alle 17 e un taxi per la cittadina più vicina costa 100€ per fare andata e ritorno, se vuoi mangiare altrove devi camminare 1 ora e mezza tra andata e ritorno con -35°.
Mi sono trovata molto bene solo per dormire e per fare le attività grazie allo splendido staff di Safartica. Ovviamente il paesaggio è favoloso ma l'hotel non meritava un centesimo, consiglio vivamente di godersi la Lapponia da qualche altra parte. Ciliegina sulla torta dovevamo avere inclusa con l'hotel la navetta per l'aeroporto di Kittila peccato che il giorno prima del check out chiediamo in reception come fare e quali fossero i pullman, ci viene risposto che non c'è modo per arrivare all'aeroporto dall'hotel e che la navetta è solo per l'andata... il giorno del check out, poco prima di prendere il taxi vediamo arrivare il pullman che porta dritto all'aeroporto confermando o la mancanza di informazione in reception o la totale mancanza di rispetto e professionalità.

Nous avons passé un peu plus d'une semaine dans cet hôtel et c'était juste incroyable (couple) !
Complètement dépaysant, à la fois perdu dans la nature (très pratique pour éviter la pollution lumineuse et chasser les aurores à pieds) mais idéalement placé (30mn en bus de l'aéroport de Kittilä, 40mn à pieds de la station de ski et 40mn à pieds du village d'Ylläsjarvi).
En pension complète nous avons profité du restaurant de l'hôtel et il n'y a rien à redire. Buffet le matin et le midi (qui change tous les jours) et sous la forme de plat chat servi à l'assiette le soir (un avec viande et un végétarien). La nourriture est variée, de bonne qualité et bien souvent locale.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, souriant et aimable ! Nous avons également testé le bar (presque chaque fin d'après-midi) et les tarifs sont très honnêtes.
Le fait que l'hôtel fasse partie de "Safartica" est super pour réserver des activités ou du matériel (raquettes) directement à l'accueil.
L'équipement prêté a été très utile vu que nous sommes tombés sur un pic de froid (jusqu'à -25°C). La chambre "aurora glass roof" vaut clairement le coup même si les aurores restent évidemment aléatoires.
Rien à redire sauf "kiitos", si nous revenons à Ylläs il ne fait aucun doute que ça sera ici !

A very pleasant stay in this completely new section of the hotel. Modern design, amazing view towards Yllas fell and very comfy beds. I was even lucky enough to see auroras from the room. The breakfast offered at the restaurant 1 minute walk away was delicious with good variety of options. Highly recommend!

Everything is excellent in this extended wing of the hotel. New hotel, excellent condition of the bed. Automated roof, lights control, full sets of dinnerware, cutlery, cooking utensils although we didn't have a use for it. The kids have a lot of fun playing in the snow. There are a few restaurants out there for dinner. There is also a supermarket nearby. You can drove 15km to the nearest town for yllas swing.

Nous revenons d'un séjour en tout inclu d'une semaine c'était vraiment incroyable. La chambre est super belle et la literie est top on a l'impression d'être dans un nuage nous avons super bien dormi ! Les repas sont délicieux, il y a toujours quelque chose à notre goût. Le soir il y a le choix, en plus du buffet, entre deux plats chaud : viande ou végétarien.
Les boissons sont néanmoins un peu cher il faut compter 12€ pour un soda et une bière.
Le personnel est très sympathique.
Les alentours sont très jolie et calme. Il y a à environ 2km (faisable à pied) un endroit pour boire un café ou autre, faire de la luge et du ski et même des rennes.
Je recommande vraiment ☺️

Brand new section of the hotel with great views. We stayed in the aurora room and got to see the aurora lights, can't beat that 😁 The hotel is stylish, super comfortable, cosy and functional. Very good quality breakfast at Hotel Yllasrinne next door (1 min on foot) and option to have dinner as well for an excellent price / quality. We were probably the first visitors, nicely taken care of by the manager and staff. Highly recommended, hope to be back in the future.

Wir hatten eine wirklich super schöne Woche im Deluxe Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und selbst ich als spezieller Esser habe immer was leckeres gefunden.
Wir hatten das Aurora Zimmer im Deluxe Hotel und können es wirklich weiter empfehlen. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und man hat einen wirklich perfekten Ausblick auf die Nordlichter.
Auch das ganze safartica Team muss gelobt werden, da die Ausflüge wirklich Spaß gemacht haben und die Guides sehr freundlich und bemüht waren und einem viel über Finnland und Lappland erzählt und gezeigt haben.

Wir können das Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt auch nochmal selbst zurück.
