Positive: Location/price is excellent. It is near the city centre of Salo, but a quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacy and can fit a 4 person familly. Four single beds,, two of them you can join together easily. Good quality cutlery and decent kitchen machines. We travelled with two dogs so we were happy to notice that the room included a dogbed, also many parks in a walking distance Internet is speedy and works well. There is a nearby market you can visit easily by walking and it is next to the gas station. You can park your car in a safe courtyard behind the house of Marent.. Negative: Maybe some gardening of bushes and road improvement needed when driving into the yard behind the house, it is quite narrow road now..

I stayed at Marent Apartment (Palometsankatu -4) for some 10 months during 2008-09 and found it very impressive. The owner, Timo is pleasent natured, cooperative and takes good care of the dwellers. ||||Rooms are spacious , clean and well serviced. It is very close to the city center too. Overall It was really a home away from home. ||||Look forward to stay there next time too.

This must be the best place to stay in Salo. Situated in the middle of a park, next to a pretty stream, it is only a 400 metre walk from the river and centre of town. Widescreen TV, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, washing machine, sauna, high speed wifi, it has all the amenities to enjoy a vacation in probably the nicest region of Finland.||I have been staying at Marent with my family every year since 2009, both over Christmas and/or summer.||Fully recommend it.

When you are travelling through Finland it is a must to stay in Salo - Nokia factory city. The town is small however there are things to see and meet people. Special events are happenning on Midsummer and Christmas time is unforgettable in this cozy city. I would recommend to stay in Marent apartments as here you will feel like at home - clean and tidy flat with the kitchen support family stay as well as those business travellers looking for home-like stay. The owner Timo provides friendly service so you will feel pampered.

Beautiful typical Finnish wooden house with six home-alike clean apartments. Located in the suburb area right next to the center of Salo city. Perfect for longer living & also for a short stay. Highly recommended!

был в 2015 г. в июле хоть и поставил 2019. приезжал на соревнования, выбрано место было т.к. рядом со спорткомплексом, через парк. ||место хорошее. внутри кухня с 2 диванчиками, душем, прихожей, спальней.||хозяин приветлив и добр. парковочка есть. рядом парк. городок тихий и приятный, много зелени.||покупали заморозку на заправке в магазинчике и питались. ||место в общем понравилось.

I have been staying in Marent apartment for almost 3 years. Service has been excellent. Owner is very co-operative. Very need and clean apartments. Very Specious. Homely feeling when away from home. I would recommend any time this apartment.
